We pride ourselves in delivering delicious pizzas and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can seek a refund or exchange under the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 15 minutes of placing the order. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in preparation or on its way for delivery.
Refund Eligibility
- Wrong Order: If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us as soon as you notice the mistake, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Quality Concerns: We strive for excellence, but if the food you received was not up to our usual standards, please inform us within 2 hours of receipt. We request that you provide a detailed explanation and, if possible, photographic evidence.
- Non-delivery: If you did not receive your food and it is past the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us. We will track the order, and if we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
