'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' started with a modest vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizzeria was originally a quaint, family-managed business, boasting recipes passed down from ancestors.
Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered pizza crafting amidst her explorations across Italy, picking up secrets from legendary pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was conceived. When she came back to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of traditional Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting only premium ingredients.
From a cozy restaurant offering just 12 seats, we’ve evolved into a cherished neighborhood staple, yet our pledge to craft and authenticity hasn’t altered. From utilizing classic wood-fired oven methods to preparing our dough from scratch every day, we prioritize finding the most exceptional ingredients available.
To this day, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with its second generation now steering our dedicated crew. While we welcome some contemporary twists, our core principle persists: forging sumptuous, genuine pizza that unites everyone.
